Definition:
"A school teacher came up to us sometime in our first year in Toronto and said ‘I teach grade one, and you might be amused to hear this. At the start of the school year, I was going to teach my students the national anthem. So I asked the class, "who knows the Canadian national anthem?" And little Johnny put up his hand and sang Sleep Country Canada.'"
