MHOL founding sponsor Mandrake organizes Lunch 'n Learn seminars by CMO and CEO level marketers; called C-Leader Access. The objective of these sessions is to help build the supply chain of Marketing Talent in Canada and inspire young marketers to become Canada's future Marketing Legends.

The concept is to share how C-level leaders moved from their beginnings to the position they now have and help those in attendance learn about what it takes to be a leader. The sessions are designed to give emerging talent rare access to a C-level executive. The sessions will help young marketers move their careers forward; learn about leadership through the experience of a CEO; hear the lessons learned, successes, and failures; and take in insights of the young marketer to CEO journey.

The speaker will share their observations with a relatively small group of young invitees at the CEO's office location to deliver on the promise of close access. We expect 10-25 attendees, based on the boardroom of each speaker.

Term or Word:
National Anthem

Definition:
"A school teacher came up to us sometime in our first year in Toronto and said ‘I teach grade one, and you might be amused to hear this. At the start of the school year, I was going to teach my students the national anthem. So I asked the class, "who knows the Canadian national anthem?" And little Johnny put up his hand and sang Sleep Country Canada.'"
